  • Patrons are welcome to park curbside along any of Happy Holler’s city streets unless otherwise posted.

    Parking behind most businesses will also be open to the public. Freezo and Brookside lots will be closed, and the immediate lot behind the Pirate Tavern will be reserved for vendors.

    Other options include Knox County Building Lot, Boys and Girls Club, and any of the churches except for The Holy Ghost church - Please note: The Holy Ghost church lot is reserved for their event attendees.
